HOW IS IT SENT? The voucher code will be sent to your recipient's email address.
HOW TO REDEEM? Open the Grab App, then choose Gifts. Click the Gifts icon at the upper right corner. Key-in your gift code. Enjoy your perfect gift! For more information on how to redeem, visit this link
Other helpful reminders: Make sure you have the latest version of the Grab app. Make sure you are using the correct 8 digit alphanumeric code. Type the code and do not cut and paste the code to avoid pasting hidden character. If your voucher code has a zero or letter O, please make sure to try number 0 or letter O. If the voucher code has a number 1 or letter I, please make sure you try both to see if it works.
Terms and Conditions: Gifted.PH will verify all orders before processing. The gift certificate is valid immediately after receiving it and expires after 3 months. Valid for one-time use on a booking in the Philippines only. Valid on specified service only (GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabExpress, and Grab Transport). Promo code cannot be applied on the Platform Fee or Surcharge Fee. Promo code cannot be stacked, clubbed or combined for use in a single transaction. Promo code cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions. Promo code must be redeemed within the stipulated period. No extension of validity allowed. Promo code is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind. Any unconsumed value shall be forfeited. The code is valid for use in the Philippines where GrabFood is available. All bookings must be made via Grab App and is subject to the Terms & Conditions set out under Grab.
