How do I Use this gift card? Inform Merchant of your Gift Certificate Voucher ID by emailing them at info@unchartedphilippines.com. Merchant will guide you on next steps from there.

Contact Merchant at least one week before the desired tour/ service date. It has no expiry date, is non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, is for one time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promos or discounts. Unused amounts will be forfeited. Please let us know in the customer information sheet if you have any other health condition.); Respect the marine environment. Our dive masters are VERY strict about marine protection and will not tolerate any destruction or abuse of marine life or habitat. To be safe, appreciate with your eyes and not your hands. This will also keep you from inadvertently touching a venomous creature; Be aware of your flight schedule – do not dive within 24 hours before a flight.
