HOW IS IT SENT?  Thie voucher will be sent in your recipient's email address. 

HOW DO I REDEEM?

There are two ways to redeem your ZALORA e-Gift Voucher. You can choose whichever option you prefer:

Option 1: Through the Checkout Page

1. Visit www.zalora.com.ph and log in to your ZALORA account.
2. Add your preferred items to your shopping bag.
3. During checkout, enter your Gifted.PH gift certificate Voucher ID in the coupon or promo code field.
4. Apply the code to redeem your voucher, subject to ZALORA's terms and conditions.

Option 2: Through Your ZALORA Wallet

If you wish to accumulate your gift voucher value in your ZALORA Wallet for future purchases, you can add the voucher as wallet credit by following these steps:

1. Log in to your ZALORA account.
2. Go to ACCOUNT > MY ACCOUNT > MY WALLET.
3. Copy and paste your voucher code into the box provided.
4. Click ADD CREDIT.

Your voucher value will be added to your ZALORA Wallet as credit, subject to ZALORA's terms and conditions.
