HOW IS IT SENT? The voucher code will be sent to your recipient's email address.

HOW TO REDEEM? Visit any participating Pluxee merchant and simply present the 10-digit gift code to the 

cashier to process the transaction. Then, enjoy your Pluxee Gift!

Terms and conditions for Universal (with CVV): 

Order payments are verified within one working day. Orders submitted on a weekend will be verified and processed on the next working day. Gifted.PH will verify all orders before processing. The gift certificate is valid immediately upon receipt. To validate the voucher, please inform the merchant's staff or cashier that it is a Pluxee voucher. It has no expiry date but requires revalidation if unused before its revalidation date. It is non-refundable and for one-time use only. It cannot be used in conjunction with other promos or discounts. There is no limit to the number of Pluxee Gift codes you can use per transaction. Each Pluxee Gift code must be fully consumed in one transaction; no change or ‘sukli’ will be provided if the purchase amount is less than the Gift code value. The Pluxee Gift code is not convertible to cash. Partner merchant policies on Pluxee Gift code acceptance apply. Pluxee and Gifted.PH are not liable for any claims or damages directly arising from or incidental to the purchase of goods and/or services from partner merchants.

The Pluxee Gift codes can be converted to credits in the Pluxee Philippines app for partial redemption and to redeem app-exclusive e-vouchers. These codes come with a CVV, which is solely for the conversion. Kindly do note that there will be a future update to the Pluxee app that will introduce a feature requiring the user to enter this CVV during conversion. Until then, users don’t need to provide the CVV when converting code into the app.
